AC Tune Up

Cleaning the condenser coil inside out from top to bottom.
Checking all electrical components and wiring,compressor,capacitors, contractors ETC.
Checking refrigerant level in HVAC system.
We will install customer provided filters.
In place evaporator coil cleaning.
The technician will check the overall functionality of the AC system and make sure everything is working to manufacturer specifications and make sure the system is operating at maximum efficiency.

The furnace ignitor.
Check the burners/Heat strips if the customer has a heat pump system with an electric air handler.
Clean and adjust the flame sensor.
Clean the blower motor & wheel.
Perform a carbon monoxide test.
Check the functionality of all electrical components.
Check the overall condition of the heating system to ensure it is operating according to the manufacturer specifications.
The technician will install customer provided filters.
