Rent system test after watching the system. I was able to determine that it was in fact low on 410 a refrigerant approximately 2 pounds when I arrived I had a -2.4° temperature split after adding refrigerant. I had a 14.5° temperature split, the temperature split was increasing the longer it ran

Midwest City, OK - Arrived on site found system running, inside temperature was sitting at 65 degrees, checked the charge on the AC , system is cooling like it was designed right now, we need to come back and double check the system once the temp gets above 70 degrees or so.

Midwest City, OK - Arrived at the customers home and completed a one system heating tune up. Upon inspection the system was running good and to manufacture spect. While we did farther inspection we found that the duct work is in poor conditions and looks like something was eating and chewing away at the bags leaving the insulation and inside liner exposed.
