Arrive here at the customer's house..did the member ship inspection start doing the water heater tank. Start flushing it didn't realize that it was over 20 years old. So the valve on it needed a new sale. So I put a new cell on in the water heater tank is working good now

This House hasn't been heating and cooling properly after running my camera down the duct work there was so much blockage from debris.
Today on a Goodman unit I performed a Gas furnace safety check. After thoroughly going through the unit I noticed dog hair everywhere, so I put my camera down the return vent and it was a lot of dog hair. Keep those ducts and vents clean for the overall performance of the unit.
Arrived on site to do a routine single system heating maintenance tuneup, checking all electrical components for proper efficiency and safety checking all safety components doing a CO test to check for dangerous gases being admitted into the home found a couple parts that could preventatively be changed to keep the system running through the winter months this seasongoing to recommend to change the igniter in the flame sensor

I worked on an annual safety, check, and hot water tank flush for a customer to ensure safety and peace of mind during the upcoming winter season. I checked the furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank for any leaks or unsafe equipment.
I was dispatched to a Lennox 13/80 system for a no-cooling call. Upon arrival, I found a broken drain line connection on the coil. I put together some solutions to help the customer get him fixed up.
Arrived on site to repair a whirlybird roof flashing, that was damaged due to high winds. Had to get it done before the big storm. To not let rain water damage the home.also made repairs on her Flame sensor safety device, and hot surface ignition system.
Today I did our annual hot water tank flush along with ensuring that there were no leaks on any fittings or stops around the house to give this customer peace of mind and feel safe this winter season knowing that everything is working as it should.
